Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on digital media buying and paid advertising experience.
- Deep expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience across paid search, paid social, display, video, native advertising, and CTV.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for pacing, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and CTV.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, social, display, and video campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align media execution with goals.
