Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on digital media buying and paid advertising experience.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience across paid search, paid social, display, video, native advertising, and CTV.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for pacing, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and CTV.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, social, display, and video campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align media execution with goals.
