Requirements

  • 4–6 years of solid professional experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in the FMCG / consumer goods sector
  • Proven experience in leading or managing one or more brands in Switzerland with revenues of at least CHF 50 million
  • Deep experience in managing a D2C business
  • Experience running omnichannel campaigns (including mass media, influencer marketing, social media, and point of sale)
  • Strong hands-on mentality and excellent project management skills
  • Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset
  • Confident in handling digital marketing tools
  • Native-level German (Swiss German) and French proficiency
  • Confident English for internal communication

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the brand strategy for Switzerland by linking global guidelines with local consumer insights
  • Define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of omnichannel campaigns
  • Co-create the local product portfolio based on the needs and potentials of the Swiss market
  • Brief and manage agencies to create brand-compliant, locally relevant assets
  • Track brand metrics and campaign KPIs for continuous optimization
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee a consistent brand experience
  • Coordinate closely with local commercial teams to align marketing activities with market and sales targets
