Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, or Digital Project Manager
- Focus on eCommerce and retail
- Extensive knowledge of Shopify Plus ecosystem
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex project portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience in platform migrations (e.g., Magento, Salesforce, BigCommerce to Shopify Plus)
- Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and CMS integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Sanity, Manhattan)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for Shopify-based eCommerce platforms
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Monitor and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues
- Provide regular governance updates including status reports and budget tracking
