Requirements
- Several years of experience onboarding enterprise software solutions or in a similar client-facing delivery role.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to oversee timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of the wealth management or financial services industry.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding, gathering requirements and designing tailored solutions that leverage existing features or enhancements.
- Manage the implementation lifecycle, coordinating with developers and designers to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary client liaison during onboarding, managing communications, escalations, and partnerships with Customer Success teams.
- Oversee project scope, contracts, and enterprise configurations to ensure successful integration with client systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement UX/UI improvements informed by client feedback and platform usage metrics.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that align platform functionality with evolving client and business needs.
