Requirements
- 5+ years in operations, project management, or business systems in a B2B, SaaS, or tech-enabled services company.
- 3-5 years of direct people management experience in operations.
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM administration required: workflow automation, custom objects, and reporting.
- Compliance expertise required: SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI.
- Vanta or similar platform experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to design operational systems from scratch in a scaling business.
- Familiarity with Jira or equivalent; Scrum or Agile experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to banking, credit union, or regulated financial environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO on operational planning, translating strategic goals into measurable roadmaps and identifying risks.
- Build and maintain an operational scorecard and make tooling investment recommendations.
- Manage day-to-day operations of support and admin teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Design structured support processes, triage inbound tasks, and assign ownership.
- Lead SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI compliance processes and administer Vanta.
- Administer and improve HubSpot CRM, including workflow automation and reporting.
- Document SOPs and partner with the Business Systems Engineer to deliver automation solutions.
- Own onboarding and offboarding execution and coordinate HR matters.
- Coordinate product operations across Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
