Requirements
- 5+ years in operations, project management, or business systems in a B2B, SaaS, or tech-enabled services company.
- 3-5 years of direct people management experience in operations.
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience.
- Compliance expertise in SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI.
- Experience designing operational systems from scratch.
- Familiarity with Jira or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in banking or regulated financial environments is a plus.
- Vanta or similar platform experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO on operational planning, translating strategic goals into measurable roadmaps.
- Build and maintain an operational scorecard and make tooling investment recommendations.
- Manage day-to-day operations of support and admin teams.
- Design structured support processes and triage inbound tasks.
- Lead SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI compliance processes and audit preparation.
- Administer and improve HubSpot CRM workflows and integrations.
- Own onboarding and offboarding execution and coordinate HR matters.
- Coordinate product operations including release readiness and Jira administration.
