Requirements
- Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination) with clear KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Worked autonomously within a sales team
- Experience in working with regional sales teams
- Experience attending and hosting events to acquire new customers
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services
- International financial background (banking, investments, FX sales)
- Experience with institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks, or brokers
- Strong communication and relationship maintenance skills
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication
- Building key customer service processes and systems
- Formulating management rules and tracking the status of key customers
- Analysis of user behavior and finding hidden needs
- Writing key customer analysis reports
- Communicating with various departments to provide solutions and feedback
