- Strong storytelling skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Research prospective and existing clients to support strategic outreach and meeting preparation
- Develop tailored advertising proposals and client-facing pitch decks
- Create storytelling collateral mapping key fan moments across the sports calendar
- Analyze the sports media landscape to identify emerging narratives
- Collaborate with professional sports team partners on fan engagement initiatives
- Participate in live client calls and meetings
- Draft follow-up communications and support active partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain curated prospect lists
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to streamline workflows
- Present an end-of-summer recap to stakeholders
