Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in a mid-scale hotel.
- Multi-property experience with franchise mid-scale hotels or management company preferred.
- Strong project, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to use independent judgment and make decisions.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Sales and Revenue Management Tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Ability to work remotely and stay focused.
Responsibilities
- Drive topline results among assigned hotels.
- Develop and implement clear and measurable go-to-market sales initiatives.
- Support adoption of WHR derived programs and Global Sales strategies.
- Lead the adoption, use, and support of hotel revenue generating platforms.
- Develop individual strategic road maps for franchisees and hotel associates.
- Establish bi-weekly touchpoints to provide strategic direction.
- Travel to franchise locations as needed (10% travel required).
