Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a biological field (e.g., Immunology, Virology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry).
  • Hands-on experience with Immunoassays (e.g., ELISA, lateral flow) or protein based workflows.
  • Prior experience in technical sales, account management, or customer-facing scientific support preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities across biopharma, diagnostics manufacturers, CROs, and academic institutions.
  • Expand existing customer relationships by uncovering additional applications for TNAC reagents.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach including targeted account strategies, cold calls, email campaigns, and virtual engagement.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations focused on TNAC reagents.
  • Provide consultative support for reagent selection in immunoassays and research applications.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and long-term partnership growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, R&D, and operations.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence in CRM systems.
  • Analyze market opportunities and identify high-growth segments.
