Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a biological field (e.g., Immunology, Virology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry).
- Hands-on experience with Immunoassays (e.g., ELISA, lateral flow) or protein based workflows.
- Prior experience in technical sales, account management, or customer-facing scientific support preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across biopharma, diagnostics manufacturers, CROs, and academic institutions.
- Expand existing customer relationships by uncovering additional applications for TNAC reagents.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach including targeted account strategies, cold calls, email campaigns, and virtual engagement.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations focused on TNAC reagents.
- Provide consultative support for reagent selection in immunoassays and research applications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and long-term partnership growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, R&D, and operations.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence in CRM systems.
- Analyze market opportunities and identify high-growth segments.
