Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in aftermarket light vehicle or similar industry sales.
- Proven results in building customer relationships and negotiation.
- Knowledge of driveline products related to Light Vehicle Industry.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Grow, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with retail and traditional aftermarket locations.
- Promote products and solutions to both direct and indirect customers.
- Manage key retail location relationships on an assigned basis.
- Maintain current knowledge of competitor activities and market changes.
- Represent the voice-of-the-customer within Dana.
- Develop sales strategy and objectives to achieve defined KPIs.
- Make product presentations to customer representatives.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
