Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years in aftermarket light vehicle or similar industry sales.
  • Proven results in building customer relationships and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of driveline products related to Light Vehicle Industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Grow, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with retail and traditional aftermarket locations.
  • Promote products and solutions to both direct and indirect customers.
  • Manage key retail location relationships on an assigned basis.
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitor activities and market changes.
  • Represent the voice-of-the-customer within Dana.
  • Develop sales strategy and objectives to achieve defined KPIs.
  • Make product presentations to customer representatives.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
