Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in client-facing consulting, enablement, training, adoption, or solution delivery.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills across executive, technical, and end-user audiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Understanding of AI adoption, user enablement, governance, and organizational change management.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across internal teams.
- Strong written communication and presentation development capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft Copilot workshops, immersion sessions, and enablement engagements for clients.
- Facilitate executive-level conversations focused on AI transformation, productivity improvement, and responsible AI.
- Conduct Art of the Possible demonstrations and showcase practical Microsoft Copilot use cases.
- Deliver hands-on workshops covering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and prompting strategies.
- Lead user adoption and change enablement sessions for business users and stakeholders.
- Independently coordinate assigned workshops from kickoff through completion.
- Manage engagement schedules, meeting coordination, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve and scale AI-focused workshop and adoption offerings.
