Job Details

3–7 years of experience in client-facing consulting, enablement, training, adoption, or solution delivery.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills across executive, technical, and end-user audiences.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
Understanding of AI adoption, user enablement, governance, and organizational change management.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.
Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across internal teams.
Strong written communication and presentation development capabilities.

Deliver Microsoft Copilot workshops, immersion sessions, and enablement engagements for clients.
Facilitate executive-level conversations focused on AI transformation, productivity improvement, and responsible AI.
Conduct Art of the Possible demonstrations and showcase practical Microsoft Copilot use cases.
Deliver hands-on workshops covering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and prompting strategies.
Lead user adoption and change enablement sessions for business users and stakeholders.
Independently coordinate assigned workshops from kickoff through completion.
Manage engagement schedules, meeting coordination, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with leadership to evolve and scale AI-focused workshop and adoption offerings.
