Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- 3–5 years in a leadership or program ownership role.
- Demonstrated experience leading deployment of robotics solutions in production or logistics environments.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-site technology programs and working with system integrators.
- Strong understanding of operational processes in manufacturing or distribution.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the multi-year roadmap for robotics solutions across plants, warehouses, and offices.
- Define functional requirements and high-level solution architectures in partnership with engineering, IT, and operations.
- Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle from concept and pilot through scale-up.
- Serve as the primary owner for relationships with robotics OEMs, system integrators, and automation partners.
- Integrate robotics solutions into enterprise systems such as MES, WMS, and ERP.
- Establish clear KPIs and drive performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Develop training and change management plans to ensure employee adoption.
- Lead and develop a small internal team of robotics program managers and engineers.
