Requirements
- 8+ years of total software (backend) development experience.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Experience building production-grade AI/ML systems.
- 2–4+ years hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI.
- Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI agent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GCP (Vertex AI preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Experience working in client-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of AI modules from architecture to production deployment.
- Define LLM integration patterns, RAG strategies, and data pipeline architectures.
- Own technical quality and performance of AI and agentic automation systems.
- Act as the primary technical interface with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Participate in requirements workshops and solution demos.
- Drive design reviews and establish engineering standards.
- Mentor engineers on the team.
- Identify and address technical debt, reliability risks, and scalability bottlenecks.
- Deliver agentic automation solutions across enterprise use cases.
