Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience editing direct response performance creatives for paid social media platforms
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling, prompting, and editing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-volume creative output in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI video generation and enhancement tools
- Proficiency with core editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proficiency with AI and technical tools such as Higgsfield, Google V3/Gemini, Sora, Kling, or similar
- Working knowledge of creative design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and execute with minimal revisions
- Strong communication skills for real-time feedback sessions
- Portfolio showcasing direct response and AI-enhanced video work
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality paid social performance creatives optimized for conversions and engagement end-to-end
- Deliver a high volume of creative assets with minimal revision cycles
- Integrate AI tools into the production workflow to accelerate output and enhance creative quality
- Create both AI-forward and AI-assisted realistic video content
- Continuously test new workflows for performance improvements
- Collaborate closely with Creative Director to create and refine briefs and team processes
- Stay at the forefront of AI creative ads
