Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in client-facing consulting, enablement, training, adoption, or solution delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to deliver workshops, executive presentations, training sessions, or user adoption programs across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of AI adoption strategies, organizational change management, governance considerations, and operational enablement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration technologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with experience managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams and client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Microsoft Copilot workshops, AI immersion sessions, training programs, and enablement engagements for enterprise clients across multiple industries.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions focused on AI transformation, productivity optimization, governance, responsible AI adoption, and operational readiness.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions covering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, prompting strategies, analytics, extensibility, and adoption best practices.
  • Lead user adoption and change management initiatives for business users, IT teams, leadership stakeholders, and internal champions.
  • Support organizations in identifying high-value AI use cases, readiness requirements, governance considerations, and adoption opportunities.
  • Independently coordinate engagement logistics, schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and workshop execution from kickoff through completion.
  • Track project risks, action items, dependencies, and follow-up activities to ensure successful client outcomes and engagement quality.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants, architects, project managers, and sales teams to support broader AI and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the evolution of AI-focused service offerings by developing scalable workshop frameworks, templates, methodologies, and reusable enablement assets.
  • Identify emerging enterprise AI trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities to help expand and improve consulting offerings.
