Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or related role.
  • Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of 50–100 accounts.
  • Track record of identifying and fixing broken processes independently.
  • Deep understanding of LATAM business culture and communication nuances.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Professional working proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strategic communicator able to explain product value clearly.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, 'Day 0' environments.
  • Data-informed with ability to spot patterns and back up decisions.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Engage self-service customers in LATAM to uncover challenges and document workflows.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to identify at-risk behaviors and test proactive outreach scripts.
  • Produce monthly regional content (videos/webinars) on feature releases.
  • Conduct churn autopsies to identify root causes of cancellations.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-potential key accounts.
  • Run monthly check-ins for key accounts to ensure ROI.
  • Refine CRM workflows and improve data hygiene.
  • Translate regional pain points into actionable insights for Product and Support teams.
  • Propose and execute monthly engagement experiments.
