Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or related role.
- Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of 50–100 accounts.
- Track record of identifying and fixing broken processes independently.
- Deep understanding of LATAM business culture and communication nuances.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Professional working proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Strategic communicator able to explain product value clearly.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, 'Day 0' environments.
- Data-informed with ability to spot patterns and back up decisions.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage self-service customers in LATAM to uncover challenges and document workflows.
- Partner with Sales Ops to identify at-risk behaviors and test proactive outreach scripts.
- Produce monthly regional content (videos/webinars) on feature releases.
- Conduct churn autopsies to identify root causes of cancellations.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of high-potential key accounts.
- Run monthly check-ins for key accounts to ensure ROI.
- Refine CRM workflows and improve data hygiene.
- Translate regional pain points into actionable insights for Product and Support teams.
- Propose and execute monthly engagement experiments.
