Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, or marketplace-related roles.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts with measurable growth outcomes.
- Advanced English and Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
- Direct experience with Amazon, Mercado Libre, or other third-party marketplaces preferred.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L and ROI management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
- Experience collaborating across global and regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own Joint Business Plans (annual and quarterly) for LATAM marketplaces.
- Drive business retention and profitable expansion through end-to-end marketplace management.
- Lead negotiations with marketplace partners to secure improved terms.
- Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce Specialist to optimize digital shelf performance and content.
- Define and own a balanced scorecard across sales, profitability, conversion, and media efficiency.
- Ensure best-in-class listing quality, pricing integrity, and inventory availability.
- Collaborate with supply chain to ensure optimized OTIF and demand plan inputs.
- Act as the primary LATAM marketplace interface with Global and Area teams.
