Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Shopify inbox and social channels
  • Monitor order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF
  • Audit website for broken links, pricing, and promotion accuracy
  • Build and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows
  • Implement automation using Shopify Flow and optimize Gorgias
  • Deliver weekly Shopify performance reports
  • Maintain compliance across ADA and privacy policies
  • Identify repetitive tasks to convert into AI-driven automated workflows
