Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Shopify inbox and social channels
- Monitor order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF
- Audit website for broken links, pricing, and promotion accuracy
- Build and maintain SOPs for recurring workflows
- Implement automation using Shopify Flow and optimize Gorgias
- Deliver weekly Shopify performance reports
- Maintain compliance across ADA and privacy policies
- Identify repetitive tasks to convert into AI-driven automated workflows
