Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, project coordination, or administrative support
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong experience handling inbound and outbound customer communication
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong de-escalation and customer management abilities
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience with project management and CRM software (Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above
  • Dedicated remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to clients, internal teams, and departments
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of calls and email correspondence
  • Coordinate and schedule field events, including appointments with technicians, clients, and homeowners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Utilize professional de-escalation techniques
  • Accurately enter project notes and data into internal systems
  • Monitor project timelines and assist in removing roadblocks
