Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, project coordination, or administrative support
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong experience handling inbound and outbound customer communication
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong de-escalation and customer management abilities
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with project management and CRM software (Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project)
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Dedicated remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to clients, internal teams, and departments
- Efficiently manage a high volume of calls and email correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule field events, including appointments with technicians, clients, and homeowners
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Utilize professional de-escalation techniques
- Accurately enter project notes and data into internal systems
- Monitor project timelines and assist in removing roadblocks
