Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing work experience (TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting).
- Experience in high-tech or financial technology services.
- Experience leading technical discussions and solutions.
- Strong understanding of fintech (e.g., acquiring, networks, point-of-sale).
- Deep background in payments, especially on the issuing side.
- Demonstrated ability to identify key customer stakeholders and build relationships.
- Proficiency in learning and discussing APIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical and payments advisor for strategically important customers.
- Manage technical aspects of the customer relationship throughout the life cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to win new business and increase value for existing customers.
- Provide critical customer feedback to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
- Solve near-term technical problems and support long-term money movement strategies.
- Identify and mitigate downstream impacts or technical issues proactively.
- Document findings and create repeatable standards for the team.
- Act as the voice of the customer to internal product and engineering teams.
