Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Project Management.
  • Experience working in SaaS or manufacturing technology environments.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Technical knowledge of Python.
  • Proficiency with API integrations, scripting, and database querying.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to collaborate across multicultural international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer success initiatives including pilots, deployments, renewals, and expansion programs across strategic accounts.
  • Manage projects related to account management, program coordination, and professional services to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and track global technology deployments in collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams by prioritizing support requests.
  • Work closely with Technical Project Managers, Account Managers, and Applications Engineers.
  • Assist customers with technical discussions, implementation planning, and deployment execution.
  • Analyze customer data and operational insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain communication across geographically distributed teams.
  • Contribute to process optimization, documentation, and customer enablement.
