Responsibilities
- Handle new inbound enquiries and progress them through the sales funnel
- Handle outbound leads via the CRM and LinkedIn
- Use HubSpot or similar CRM to take leads from enquiry to proposal to contract signed
- Resurface and re-engage old leads from the database
- Run confident sales calls and video calls
- Create and send templated contracts and proposals
- Maintain accurate calendar entries for calls, follow-ups, site visits, and reminders
- Keep CRM, admin tasks, and documentation clean and up to date
- Deliver consistently against a clear sales target
