- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a highly functioning sales role.
- Experience within the payments or merchant services industry preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and close sales pipelines.
- Experience with Fiserv and the Clover product set preferred.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Self-motivated, results oriented, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of mid-market leads and prospects.
- Present Paysafe’s payment solutions in a professional manner to potential clients.
- Drive new business through cold calling and networking.
- Negotiate deal terms and close high-revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine selling methodologies and implement referral strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by educating them on product features.
- Monitor competitive offerings and industry trends within the mid-market space.
- Effectively communicate product capabilities to address specific client requirements.
- Use Salesforce and other tools to manage the full sales cycle and track pipeline progress.
