Requirements

  • 5+ years of total Sales or Business Development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in New Logo Sales, MidMarket/Enterprise software sales to banks/financial institutions, or Consulting.
  • Track record of closing 6-figure+ software or cloud-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
  • Proven experience selling in a virtual environment.
  • Strong consultative selling approach and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce and modern sales tools/AI for efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify, qualify, and close 6-figure+ deals with C-level executives within Community banks.
  • Take a thoughtful, consultative approach to understanding client needs and articulating complex product concepts.
  • Manage multi-layered stakeholder environments and guide complex sales cycles.
  • Develop and nurture key relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Work actively with internal teams using a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
