Requirements
- 5+ years of total Sales or Business Development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in New Logo Sales, MidMarket/Enterprise software sales to banks/financial institutions, or Consulting.
- Track record of closing 6-figure+ software or cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
- Proven experience selling in a virtual environment.
- Strong consultative selling approach and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce and modern sales tools/AI for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Strategically identify, qualify, and close 6-figure+ deals with C-level executives within Community banks.
- Take a thoughtful, consultative approach to understanding client needs and articulating complex product concepts.
- Manage multi-layered stakeholder environments and guide complex sales cycles.
- Develop and nurture key relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Work actively with internal teams using a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
