Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrable success of selling, building winning relationships and building new business pipelines
- High ethical standards and determination to succeed
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels, including C-level
- 7+ years experience carrying or directly supporting a quota
- Ability to travel 25-50%
- Experience closing complex deals
- Proficient at common office/MS applications
- Ability to articulate examples of learning technical products or solutions
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and network in assigned territory to generate sales opportunities with Community Financial Institutions
- Develop strategies tailored to C-level executives goals and objectives
- Develop and execute strategies for quickly developing sales territory
- Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information
- Articulate the value proposition of the product and service to convert prospects
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
- Participate on behalf of the company for trade shows and conferences
- Act as a mentor to Sales Executive team members
