Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrable success of selling, building winning relationships and building new business pipelines
  • High ethical standards and determination to succeed
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels, including C-level
  • 7+ years experience carrying or directly supporting a quota
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
  • Experience closing complex deals
  • Proficient at common office/MS applications
  • Ability to articulate examples of learning technical products or solutions

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and network in assigned territory to generate sales opportunities with Community Financial Institutions
  • Develop strategies tailored to C-level executives goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute strategies for quickly developing sales territory
  • Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information
  • Articulate the value proposition of the product and service to convert prospects
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
  • Participate on behalf of the company for trade shows and conferences
  • Act as a mentor to Sales Executive team members
