Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, support, or other customer-facing roles
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, reports, dashboards, flows)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Lead onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the platform
  • Configure and support solutions within Salesforce (users, permissions, objects, layouts, etc.)
  • Monitor customer usage and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with product and engineering teams
  • Gather customer feedback and influence product improvements
  • Provide regular updates on customer health and success metrics
