Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, support, or other customer-facing roles
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, reports, dashboards, flows)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Lead onboarding and ensure successful adoption of the platform
- Configure and support solutions within Salesforce (users, permissions, objects, layouts, etc.)
- Monitor customer usage and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with product and engineering teams
- Gather customer feedback and influence product improvements
- Provide regular updates on customer health and success metrics
