Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Programming (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of three years of experience with SIS systems such as Peoplesoft Campus Solutions or Anthology.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in Higher Education.
- Proficiency with SQL, Query Builder, Custom Views, and Custom Reports.
- Knowledge of Microsoft BI.
- Experience with JSON, XML, SWAGGER, JAVA, API Gateways, RDBMS, and SSMS.
- Knowledge of communication protocols including HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, and Data Transformation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deliverables, scope, schedule, and expectations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Deploy software solutions via the Anthology SIS platform.
- Manage and maintain Student Information System (SIS) to ensure accurate financial aid data configuration.
- Create and maintain in-house and vendor API services.
- Integrate Anthology with CRM, payment gateways, LMS, and OKTA.
- Develop, configure, and deploy business applications including Anthology Portal.
- Monitor system performance.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Manage vendor communications and third-party partnerships.
- Create and maintain automated workflows, tasks, and notifications.
