Requirements
- 7+ years of dedicated experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Proven success delivering large-scale marketing programs for enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of digital strategy, demand/lead generation, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
- Ability to connect business strategy with marketing technology execution.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience hosting workshops and discovery sessions.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional specialist roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep industry and competitive research.
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to define client needs.
- Architect marketing processes and digital marketing strategies.
- Operate and manage HubSpot Marketing & Content Hub features.
- Develop integrated reporting and build dashboards to measure KPIs and ROI.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of marketing processes.
- Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies.
- Partner with Account Directors in the sales cycle to define scope and solutions.
