Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science/information systems, or communications (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of customer education/enablement experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive team/people management experience
  • Global team management experience
  • 5+ years of learning technologies and LMS platforms experience
  • 1+ years’ experience building and/or leading a customer education function for SaaS products

Responsibilities

  • Own the global Education strategy, ensuring customer, partner, and internal enablement programs are aligned to BeyondTrust’s business priorities
  • Lead and develop senior Education leaders across Technical Education, Enablement, Instructors, and eLearning
  • Partner with Operations as a strategic stakeholder to define Education requirements for platforms, tooling, and processes
  • Position Education as a strategic business capability contributing across the customer lifecycle
  • Drive measurable outcomes by establishing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, TAMs, Solutions Engineering, Channel, and Product teams
  • Guide content and delivery strategy
  • Represent Education in strategic discussions and influence direction across the company
