Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science/information systems, or communications (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of customer education/enablement experience
- At least 5 years of progressive team/people management experience
- Global team management experience
- 5+ years of learning technologies and LMS platforms experience
- 1+ years’ experience building and/or leading a customer education function for SaaS products
Responsibilities
- Own the global Education strategy, ensuring customer, partner, and internal enablement programs are aligned to BeyondTrust’s business priorities
- Lead and develop senior Education leaders across Technical Education, Enablement, Instructors, and eLearning
- Partner with Operations as a strategic stakeholder to define Education requirements for platforms, tooling, and processes
- Position Education as a strategic business capability contributing across the customer lifecycle
- Drive measurable outcomes by establishing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, TAMs, Solutions Engineering, Channel, and Product teams
- Guide content and delivery strategy
- Represent Education in strategic discussions and influence direction across the company
