- Experience mentoring others.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex escalations with empathy and decisiveness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow design.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, high-expectation environments.
- Ability to build processes and operational discipline.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and hire high-caliber individuals for the Americas onboarding team.
- Own new-hire onboarding, training, and performance coaching.
- Oversee the active implementation portfolio for the region.
- Serve as the first escalation point for technical or operational customer blockers.
- Monitor delivery metrics such as CSAT, throughput, and time-to-value.
- Contribute to regional forecasting and resource planning.
- Drive consistency in workflow setup and implementation methodology.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
