Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, industrial operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or field-based roles.
- Experience with emissions monitoring, environmental programs, or industrial operations.
- Experience leading software/digital adoption and training teams.
- Knowledge of real-time monitoring technology (detection, attribution, LDAR, VOC measurement).
- Experience delivering structured, hands-on training to technical audiences.
- Comfort with industrial site environments, safety requirements, and work permits.
- Working knowledge of industrial data environments (DCS, PLCs, MODBUS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Aptitude for AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-sales and pilot design.
- Engage with HSSE and Operations to align on objectives.
- Deliver hands-on onboarding and training for users.
- Coach teams through real-time emissions management workflows.
- Configure alerts, dashboards, and thresholds in PicarroLink.
- Train personnel on Mobile Survey Unit (UTV) operations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to maintain adoption health.
- Translate field observations into product feedback.
- Develop onboarding and training playbooks.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory compliance requirements.
