- BS/BA, ideally with a major or minor in Accounting, Business, or other related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of similar accounting experience.
- Prior experience using accounting software and related tools; Quickbooks, Expensify, or Bill.com is a plus.
- Proven experience with general accounting principles, especially accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
- Perform efficient month-end closing activities, providing accurate data to the business and leadership.
- Manage accounts receivable and invoicing processes, including maintenance of invoicing schedules.
- Manage accounts payable and vendor management processes, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare and record complex journal entries and perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
- Conduct thorough reviews of employee and corporate card expenses for compliance with company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for customer, vendor, and employee inquiries.
- Lead data audits and reporting initiatives for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and prepare detailed supporting schedules and provide relevant analysis.
- Undertake other assigned responsibilities in partnership with various teams.
