Requirements
- 6+ years of HR Business Partner, People Partner, or related HR experience.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members.
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and HR compliance.
- Strong operational acumen.
- Experience supporting both in-office and remote employee populations.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Experience with HR systems such as Rippling, Greenhouse, and Trainual.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted People partner to employees and leaders.
- Lead performance management strategy.
- Manage employee relations matters.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance.
- Lead office attendance tracking and hybrid strategy.
- Support DIBs programming and intern program.
- Manage 1-2 direct reports.
- Identify and implement People process improvements.
