Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development and cloud-native systems.
- Strong background in engineering practices and scalable architectures.
- Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS) and frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Proficiency in server-side scripting (Python, Node.js, PHP, Ruby).
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience in API integrations.
- Understanding of modern application architectures (event-based systems, microservices).
- Development experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience configuring AWS resources.
- Proven ability to lead a workstream and support others.
Responsibilities
- Guide Cayliens and Customers through Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Translate customer requirements into a workable backlog of tickets.
- Delegate tickets to engineers to complete customer projects.
- Lead requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and architecture discussions.
- Manage DevOps pipelines including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, security, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Automate software testing and monitor results.
- Write production-quality code with unit and integration tests.
- Deliver cloud native applications on AWS.
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members.
