Requirements
- 5+ years of software development and cloud-native systems experience.
- Strong background in engineering practices and scalable architectures.
- Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS) and frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, .Net).
- Proficiency in server-side scripting (Python, Node.js, PHP, Ruby).
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with API integrations.
- Understanding of modern architectures (event-based, microservices).
- Development experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Generative AI.
- Experience configuring AWS resources.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Guide teams through Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Translate customer requirements into a backlog of tickets.
- Delegate tickets to engineers for project completion.
- Lead requirements gathering and architecture discussions.
- Apply DevOps principles (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, security).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test, and production.
- Automate software testing and monitor results.
- Write production-quality code with unit and integration tests.
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members.
