Requirements

  • 1+ years client-facing support experience via ticketing or face-to-face.
  • 1+ years experience with Splunk or equivalent.
  • Experience with SaaS APIs, HTTP/S, JSON, XML, and Postman.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience at a SaaS company.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in learning new software applications quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Configure new clients on our SaaS platform in staging and production environments.
  • Perform ongoing configuration updates as needed with Product releases.
  • Resolve ambiguous configurations or conflicting instructions to address onboarding issues.
  • Issue partner credentials for all environments securely.
  • Configure test data and test cases via administrative systems for client onboarding.
  • Respond to internal and external client tickets within contractual SLAs.
  • Document client configurations and maintain internal knowledge base.
  • Provide technical configuration support to Integration Engineers.
