Requirements
- 1+ years client-facing support experience via ticketing or face-to-face.
- 1+ years experience with Splunk or equivalent.
- Experience with SaaS APIs, HTTP/S, JSON, XML, and Postman.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience at a SaaS company.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in learning new software applications quickly.
Responsibilities
- Configure new clients on our SaaS platform in staging and production environments.
- Perform ongoing configuration updates as needed with Product releases.
- Resolve ambiguous configurations or conflicting instructions to address onboarding issues.
- Issue partner credentials for all environments securely.
- Configure test data and test cases via administrative systems for client onboarding.
- Respond to internal and external client tickets within contractual SLAs.
- Document client configurations and maintain internal knowledge base.
- Provide technical configuration support to Integration Engineers.
