Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare operations.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables).
- Experience using data to tell a story.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and project management software like Asana or adjacent CRM tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate executive-level conversations.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning on priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs.
- Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing success of our strategic healthcare partnerships.
- Manage small and mid-sized accounts.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Turn complex data into meaningful stories that strengthen our partnerships.
- Guide process optimizations.
- Work alongside experienced Partner Success Managers and Directors.
