Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, client success, or professional services within SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex value propositions through storytelling, presentations, and data-driven insights.
  • Proven experience managing relationships across hospital systems, including executive leadership and clinical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, patient flow, or surgical/perioperative environments.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, engineering, and client teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client challenges into scalable operational solutions.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare IT ecosystems.
  • Ability to influence change management initiatives and drive adoption across complex organizations.
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 30–40% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value healthcare provider organizations, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, aligning delivery, product, and engineering efforts with client needs.
  • Lead complex workflow redesign initiatives across perioperative and clinical operations, driving adoption of best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, and operational users across hospital systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing decision-making and supporting large-scale operational and cultural change.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for enhancements based on real-world client feedback.
  • Develop internal operating rhythms and governance structures to ensure consistent delivery and execution excellence across accounts.
  • Partner with marketing and enablement teams to improve training materials, client engagement, and adoption strategies.
  • Navigate complex, high-stakes conversations with senior healthcare executives using data-driven insights and business cases.
