Requirements
- 4+ years of combined experience in QA Team Management and hands-on automation testing
- 3+ years of experience in a Release Quality or equivalent role
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- English upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using AI-based tools
- Advance overall QA strategy towards Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
- Oversee the development of comprehensive UI and API test suites
- Perform complex data validation and backend testing using PostgreSQL
- Collaborate with development teams to produce high-quality software
- Translate business requirements into technical and testing requirements
