Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with full-stack testing.
- Proven experience leading QA teams or initiatives.
- Understanding of unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, stress, performance, and API testing types.
- Experience with manual testing for Web, Android, and iOS.
- Experience with web debugging and API tools (Postman, Chrome DevTools).
- Working knowledge of MySQL.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience in test automation for mobile apps (Android/iOS).
- Experience in test automation for web apps (Selenium/Playwright).
- Experience developing and running Continuous Integration systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy across web, Android/iOS, and APIs.
- Conduct manual and automated testing (black box, white box, integration, and performance).
- Track, record, and analyze product issues.
- Write test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Simulate user needs and actual usage scenarios.
- Participate in team discussions to improve requirements and testability.
- Create and maintain automated web, mobile, and API test frameworks.
- Improve Continuous Integration pipelines.
- Review designs and code; provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
