- Own full-cycle recruitment for business and corporate roles across Europe
- Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing and assessment strategies
- Share market insights and recruitment best practices
- Proactively source and engage talent pools
- Conduct interviews autonomously
- Ensure excellent candidate experience
- Use recruitment KPIs and reports in ATS tools to drive decisions
