Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura) in Physical Therapy (240 ECTS / 4-year programme)
Active registration and cédula profissional with Ordem dos Fisioterapeutas (OF)
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal disorders
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Portuguese
Strong written communication skills
Experience in behavioural coaching (e.g., lifestyle habit formulation, motivational interviewing)
Demonstrated ability to use AI for personal productivity (Level 1 AI proficiency)

Responsibilities

Provide support to members via in-app chat and phone/video calls
Collaborate with AI lifestyle assistant, Phoenix, in three-way conversations
Provide accountability, encouragement, and lifestyle guidance
Guide members through movement nudges, resistance training, breathwork, and wind-down content
Share qualitative member feedback with product and clinical teams
Oversee and tailor member care plans to ensure engagement
