Requirements
- 7+ years in data or platform engineering with proven ownership of production data infrastructure.
- Expert SQL and deep hands-on Snowflake experience.
- Strong experience with dbt or a similar SQL transformation framework.
- Experience configuring and operating pipeline tooling such as Fivetran, Airbyte, or Segment at scale.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda, or EMR).
- Strong Python skills for custom pipelines and automation.
- Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, event, or content platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, or event streams.
- Ability to explain architecture decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines connecting MarTech and healthcare data stack.
- Own the cloud data warehouse and its transformation layer (staging, business logic, mart tables).
- Integrate specialty healthcare datasets (pharmaceutical claims, HCP intelligence) with first-party engagement data.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices (code standards, testing, documentation, schema governance).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance to resolve data quality and availability issues.
- Stay current with the modern data stack and introduce new tools as the platform scales.
- Partner with analytics, data science, product, and commercial teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
