Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through outbound call and email campaigns using Salesforce.
- Promote and build strong working relationships with direct customers and agents.
- Interpret and explain underwriting information, policy details, and coverage.
- Utilize data analytics to identify leads and opportunities for growth and retention.
- Partner with underwriters to secure new business and prepare accurate quotes.
- Conduct policy reviews and resolve case issues.
- Review applications and conduct manual schedule rating analysis for pricing.
- Ensure compliance with NCCI manual rules and state workers' compensation statutes.
- Assist customers and agents with policy and application servicing.
