Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through outbound call and email campaigns.
- Utilize Salesforce to pull reports, analyze opportunities, and identify trends.
- Promote and build strong working relationships with direct customers and agents.
- Interpret and explain underwriting information regarding workers' compensation, policy details, and coverage.
- Conduct essential application and policy research and close/secure new business.
- Conduct policy reviews and work on case issues.
- Review applications and conduct manual schedule rating analysis.
- Determine coverage requirements by utilizing NCCI manual rules.
- Provide policy and application servicing to direct customers and agency partners.
