Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound call and email campaigns.
  • Utilize Salesforce to pull reports, analyze opportunities, and identify trends.
  • Promote and build strong working relationships with direct customers and agents.
  • Interpret and explain underwriting information regarding workers' compensation, policy details, and coverage.
  • Conduct essential application and policy research and close/secure new business.
  • Conduct policy reviews and work on case issues.
  • Review applications and conduct manual schedule rating analysis.
  • Determine coverage requirements by utilizing NCCI manual rules.
  • Provide policy and application servicing to direct customers and agency partners.
