Responsibilities

  • Deliver steady revenue through retention-focused initiatives.
  • Build accurate forecasts and shape strategic direction.
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional pods (Growth, Media, Creative).
  • Maintain data integrity across tracking tools like Statlas.
  • Execute the Prophit system for client retention.
  • Develop strategic plans based on data analysis and client feedback.
  • Monitor active campaigns and deploy resources to hit projected targets.
  • Manage retention channels including email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
  • Provide daily performance updates to clients.
  • Maintain client satisfaction above benchmark rates.
