Responsibilities
- Deliver steady revenue through retention-focused initiatives.
- Build accurate forecasts and shape strategic direction.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional pods (Growth, Media, Creative).
- Maintain data integrity across tracking tools like Statlas.
- Execute the Prophit system for client retention.
- Develop strategic plans based on data analysis and client feedback.
- Monitor active campaigns and deploy resources to hit projected targets.
- Manage retention channels including email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
- Provide daily performance updates to clients.
- Maintain client satisfaction above benchmark rates.
