Responsibilities

  • Execute the Prophit system to drive consistent revenue for clients.
  • Build and maintain email and SMS forecasts.
  • Manage retention initiatives including email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with pod members including Growth Strategists, Media Buyers, and Creative Strategists.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  • Provide daily performance updates and weekly communication via Slack.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
