- Fluent in English with strong persuasive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong data analysis talent with familiarity in Google Sheets.
- Ability to work autonomously in a self-managed environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities
- Execute the Prophit system to drive consistent revenue for clients.
- Build and maintain email and SMS forecasts.
- Manage retention initiatives including email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with pod members including Growth Strategists, Media Buyers, and Creative Strategists.
- Analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
- Provide daily performance updates and weekly communication via Slack.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
