Requirements
- 8+ years of management experience leading high-performing Specialists or Sales Engineers.
- 10+ years experience supporting the sales of storage, networking or systems solutions.
- Deep understanding of architecture and design of multi-tiered client/server and web-based solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, on-prem, public cloud, and containers.
- Technical knowledge of virtualization platforms, databases, and networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet).
- Experience setting team strategy for enterprise account acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of technical specialists.
- Partner with Sales, Systems Engineering, and Product teams to drive business impact.
- Translate complex customer challenges into innovative technical solutions.
