Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in technical partner management, partner solutions architecture, or alliances engineering.
  • Strong technical literacy across infrastructure, including server/networking hardware, GPUs, virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and AI/ML pipelines.
  • Proven ability to design and stand-up scalable processes.
  • Experience driving joint reference architectures or co-engineered solutions with major ecosystem partners.
  • Strong written communication skills for creating technical documentation and executive memos.
  • Ability to adjust communication style for different levels, from engineers to EVPs.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–40%.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners spanning hardware OEMs, silicon vendors, hyperscalers, and ISVs.
  • Act as Armada's technical voice with partner engineering and product organizations; act as the partner's technical voice inside Armada.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner CTOs, chief architects, solution architects, and alliance leaders.
  • Lead the design of joint reference architectures, integrations, and co-engineered solutions.
  • Run hands-on technical validation, PoCs, and interop testing.
  • Design the operating system for technical partnerships: intake, qualification, technical deep-dives, and architecture reviews.
  • Stand up repeatable enablement materials, certification paths, and demo environments.
  • Translate Armada's platform complexity to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Shape commercial contours of partnerships including joint GTM and technical term negotiation.
